It is often said that Provençal cuisine is a clever blend of tradition and generosity. It is unique in the diversity of its dishes and refined by the quality of the ingredients that compose it.





The “Alpilles” kitchen is inspired by the codes of Provençal cuisine. The generously sized central island invites sharing and transports us to a cocktail hour that could linger on a summer evening.
Concrete and white zelliges highlight the planed antique oak in a delightfully understated composition. We only have to close our eyes to imagine fougasse, pissaladières, and petits farcis adorning the countertop of this kitchen in the heart of the Alpilles.
